I was responsible for all internet and contact management duties.
I transitioned their main site from an abusive Drupal relationship to Joomla. I created online event registration components and integrated them with a Mailchimp system which organized their subscribers and increased attendance and registration numbers.
I moved their contact database to a new system, created custom fields to fit the Association way of doing business, and implemented systems to ensure the information was accurate. I also created forms and automated systems to handle new member requests and meet online directory requirements.
The NWPFA has numerous annual events that include the largest regional food processing tradeshow in the North America. I created registraition forms and sites for all Association events, and interfaced with the RFID and badge contractors to create seamless experiences for the conference and event attendees.
A modernized and more responsive site is in the works, but staff changes have slowed the process.
