I worked on this project as a pre-launch QA/QC specialist.
I was brought on to ensure the site could withstand the traffic of a much anticipated launch. I spend most of my time in a cage at a hosting facility, creating scripts that would wander through the site and replicate the actions of 100,000 visitors. I did my job well and exposed some key memory leaks, the
site launched flawlessly and later partnered with Christianbook.com. It is still one of the largest resources of its kind on the web.
